From time to time I come across some pretty impressive reference materials that I am storing here.


A number of leftist anti-Israel folks seem to believe that before Zionism Jews and Arabs got along just fine.  This isn't true.  Ben-Dror Yemini documents Arab violence against Jews in the Middle East in this article from 2009:  The Jewish Nakba: Expulsions, Massacres and Forced Conversions

Here is a YouTube video of news clippings from the 1947-1948 reporting the violence by Arabs and the Arab States against Jews.

Not for the weak-kneed. In this video BDS leader Omar Barghouti expounds his vision of the future of Israel. He completely rejects Jewish rights to a homeland.

A favorite tactic of BDS is to brand Israel an apartheid state.  Tshediso Mangope, a South African anti-apartheid activist who grew up under apartheid, visited Israel and determined "those who compare the State of Israel to apartheid South Africa do not understand the fundamentals of apartheid, nor have they experienced it.  I’m a South African Activist Who Used to Fight Against Israel—Until I Went There. Cary Nelson does a brilliant and comprehensive job of eviscerating the pro-BDS arguments presented in January 2017 at the Modern Language Association.  The BDS Disinformation Campaign in the Modern Language Association. The success of the anti-BDS efforts at MLA is largely attributable to this fine work.
